I really liked the service that Giovani and his coworker provided.

In the past, the service company I'd used also cleaned the frame and window tracks. That didn't happen with Brett's Home Services team. I'm not sure if that was supposed to be part of the service or I had to ask for it to begin with.

With that said, the team did a great job in cleaning our windows. The windows look great, especially given we'd not washed them for about 5 years. The team had to work hard in getting some of the stains had.

They also cleaned up after themselves so very well. Great job! Not a stain anywhere around.

They communicated so well throughout, with questions they had, progress they were making, asking about whether they could enter the garage, and letting us know of some repairs on our screens we needed to do.

Needed a great "house boiling), starting with in depth windows washing. Also, took them up on another service they offered and that was the power spray of the roof ( some parts needed mold and excess debris removed). Woman came out the next day and did an entire walk through), we went over pricing and availability. Everything line up perfectly as the crew arrived in 1 week (my choice). Sal was amazing! He was right on time and did such an amazing job cleaning the carpets and pulling pet stains from the carpet. This is my second service and they are not just a “do it right the first time” and do an ok job the second time company. They do it right every time AND are the nicest team too. We will absolutely continue to have them clean the carpets and the tile, stone and brick when needed too.

Brett’s home service was a lifesaver! I was getting ready for a holiday open house for our clients and needed my windows cleaned and holiday lights put up. And even though this is their busy season they were able to squeeze me in. They were here this past Wednesday in the rain cleaning my windows and Thursday putting up my holiday lights and doing a few touchups to the windows due to the rain. I am preparing to add a bunch of solar panels to my roof and decided it was time to do a thorough cleaning before they laid the panels down. I called Brett's and ended up hiring them to clean the roof, the existing solar panels, the gutters, and the outside of the home including the eaves and rafters. The crew showed up early and worked continuously for several hours. When they were done, we did a walk around inspection and I was very pleased with the work they had done. The roof looks renewed, the outside of the house looks great, and the gutters are running clear. I am very pleased with their work, and I highly recommend Brett's for cleaning services.

We have been using Brett’s For years, both in our prior home in Lake Forest and now in our current home (6 years) in Rancho Mission Viejo. Our windows were in great need of cleaning but I was hesitant to have people in my house due to Covid-19. Josh came with another person and they wore masks and kept their distance. They did an excellent job and I felt very safe. Our windows and screens and railings are very clean.

We've used Brett's Home Services a few times now and every time has been wonderful. They professionally cleaned the windows and pressure washed the house for our old house and now we've used them again to scrub and seal our tile floor, and professionally clean our carpets in our new home. We had a really nice young man named Brad handle the entire project himself. He did the project in less than three hours, worked with our schedule with little kids, and did an amazing job! I should've taken a before and after picture of the tile because it made a huge difference. We will definitely be using them again. Outstanding job on the windows! Never been that clean. They also cleaned our tile floors and they look good. Only negatives are that they forget about our appointment to come bid the job and when they came to do the work they were two hours early! Good thing we were home.

We had a lot of fine paint mist sprayed on our windows after a big construction project. Bretts team came out and cleaned all our windows. Unfortunately, I still noticed a fine mist on some of the windows and it also had rained within 10 days after our cleaning. Brett was very nice and cooperative and came out to fix what I was seeing, cleaned the outside again and even fixed some of our screens for a nominal fee. I will definitely use them again, fantastic and friendly service!!!!

Couldn't be happier. I had a small section of gutter that somehow filled up with silt and weeds, enough to the point of rain water leaking down behind the bedroom wall to the upstairs carpeting. It was a small job but when I saw his company not only did gutters but did windows too, I figured why not get a quote. I have nothing to lose and we have a bunch of 2nd floor windows. You couldn't beat the estimate he gave me. The very next day (today) him and his son was out there cleaning my windows. It was a very professional job, they showed up early (called first) and were done in two hours. I highly recommend them for your whatever needs you may have.

We got reminders via email and text, up to 30 minutes before they arrived to do the job. The work was done in a complete, neat, and detailed manner. I received both an email and text reminder, the team arrived right on time (actually a few minutes early), and did an excellent job. We have a historic home with complicated windows, but they were able to access and clean each one easily and professionally. I'm very pleased with the service and will have them come back before the holidays.

I called Brett last week to see if he could come out this Saturday to wash our windows. I called around and spoke with a few other companies who wouldn't come out on a Saturday. I wasn't flexible on scheduling because we are juggling painting, landscaping, and other home improvements to get ready to list our home. He told me his crew is off on Saturdays, but that he'd come out and do it himself. On Thursday he showed up as promised to bid the job, we agreed on a fair price, and he showed up today, on time, and did a perfect job. Brett's was recommended to us by a friend and we used them to clean our new windows after a lengthy remodel. Everything was professional and timely from the estimate visit to the service visit. Dax and Chris worked with us to prioitize the work flow to accommodate the window covering installer on site at the same time. All worked out with no delays to the install. We experienced a difficult issue in cleaning adhesive residue left from the window manufacturer's protective film due to it remaining on during the long remodel period. Dax and Chris worked with Nate in the office on several approaches which ultimately were successful. This added significant time to their service but I was only charged a very reasonalbe additional fee. This team is the best and we will use them again.
